Ok, here are further images of the Komugi build. This is the back skirt fitted to the torso and front skirt piece, and filled with green Milliput. I wasn't able to source any white Milliput, which I prefer, so there will have to be further filling done after I have cleaned the joint up.

The undercoat is now on all the major pieces, and spraying has started on the hair, head, arms legs and torso. See below.

Next stage is detail painting, sorting out the sceptre.

The left image shows detail of the face. Still some work to do here.

The centre image shows the sceptre. My sceptre came in one piece, and to fit it into the hand, I had to cut it as shown, drill a hole through the grip of the hand, and pin using brass rod.

The right hand image shows the overall look of the model, but there is still plenty of work to be done. Detail on the legs, hair and sundrie pieces, painting the sceptre, and adding some depth to the folds of the dress etc are all to be done, as well as final assembly.

I hope to have this all finished by the 11th of March in time for Minamicon.
